Denise McClelland Johnson
Denise is the Owner & Associate Broker of Torelli Properties Group with Compass and has been a licensed Realtor ® in Texas since 2008. She received her brokerage license in 2019 and is well-known for her servant’s heart, professionalism, passion & dedication to her clients. With her extensive market knowledge, attention to detail, and negotiation skills, she provides a high level of service, and client satisfaction, and loves doing it!
A native of South Texas, Denise is a proud mother of two children and one grand-child, a graduate of Baylor University, and has lived in the DFW Metroplex since 2003. She has various interests outside of real estate and always aspires to find the joy in life. She opened Torelli Properties Group as a tribute to her family and their long-standing leather manufacturing business, Torel. Denise is very thankful for her family and South Texas upbringing, which she attributes her work ethic, dedication, and positive attitude. Her faith is important to her and she strives daily to make a difference in the lives of her family, friends, and clients.

Katie is a well-rounded professional in real estate having experience in many facets of the industry. She began her career as a project manager for a custom home builder in Fort Worth. They had a strong influence in the Cultural District revitalizing the neighborhood with new builds that preserved the integrity and look of the area. Katie was dynamic in the design process from start to finish, including creative and functionality insight throughout the building development. Many of these attributes she learned throughout this time in her life have enhanced her aide to her clients today with new construction, remodeling, and updating. After years working in construction, Katie decided that becoming a realtor was her true calling in life. She achieved her license in 2016, and has been nominated as a Top Realtor in Fort Worth 3 of those years thus far. She prides herself on the relationships she builds with each client and strives to always be the best advocate for them. Katie additionally has a vast interest, due to her previous involvement in construction, in investment properties. Her ventures have created great returns for her personally and clients in this field of real estate. She has a keen eye for visualizing potential in dilapidated properties, and guiding the way with numerous resources to help complete the project. Katie grew up in Rowlett in her earlier years and spent the remainder in Grapevine till she went off to college at UTA. Since then her home base has been in Fort Worth. Having lived here in DFW her whole life, she is very educated on the areas and trends around the metroplex. Katie is married with three kids, and big golden retriever. Her passions in life are her faith in god, being with her family, traveling, cooking, and living life to the fullest.

Shelley graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Hospitality Management degree and worked in the catering and wedding industry before making a career change into Medical Sales. It wasn’t long into her Medical Sales career when she knew what her true passion was – Real Estate. It was ironically during the search for her first home as a newlywed where Shelley realized she wanted to make helping clients find their perfect home – which some people consider a hassle! – to be her full-time career. Her competent knowledge of current market trends combined with ambition and professionalism make her a vital asset to clients looking to buy, sell, or lease a home.
What Shelley loves to do while not finding her clients their dream home is to spend time with her husband Tyler, family, friends, her dog, Lilley, and especially her two precious nieces. She loves traveling all around the world and hopes to have a family of her own one day soon!

Jessica is a licensed Realtor in the great state of Texas. She was raised in Amarillo, and after graduating from Texas A&M University in 2011, she moved to the Dallas/ Ft. Worth metroplex. Jessica’s love for the real estate industry began at a very young age and began her own investment journey in real estate with her husband Chad, soon after getting married. Their construction company, Harrison Building Co, has added to Jessica’s real estate experience and proven to be a great asset when assisting clients. She is passionate about real estate and helping her clients, not only in finding an amazing home or investment property but maximizing its true potential. When Jessica is not serving her client’s real estate needs, she spends time with her husband, two little boys, and close friends. Emily is also a Knock certified realtor and received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Saint Leo University in Florida. When Emily is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and making memories with her two young daughters. She and her family love living in DFW because it’s a city that gives them the small-town community feeling while also being one of the top-ranked metropolitan areas in the United States.
